Need help with FYRSTUP?

  • FyrstUp is designed to foster communication amongst agents within their brokerage by providing instant notifications on exclusive properties coming to market in the most advanced, compliant form that matches the work style of most modern professionals. This concept has replaced the traditional "in office whiteboard" to a much more powerful tool that modernizes the process in a form that not only retains the agents within a brokerage, but also attracts top talent by having the latest technology that drives productivity.

  • If your brokerage is enrolled in FyrstUp, login information would have been sent out to any agent enrolled in the program. Please search your email for a message from onboarding@fyrstup.com or ask your broker.

    If you are new to the brokerage, your broker may have to add you in the system. Contact your broker or office admin to get enrolled and get started!

  • There are a few ways to do this:

    Method 1: From the Sign In Screen
    From the log in screen on the app, click the "Forgot Password?" and enter in your email address.

    Method 2: From the My Profile screen
    If you wish to reset your password while logged into the app, just navigate to My Profile > Reset Password. From there, you'll be asked to enter your current password and your new password.

    Method 3: Office Admin/Leadership
    If the above methods are not working for you, contact your office admin/leadership. Some admins and members of leadership will be able to access an administrative dashboard where they will be able to reset your password manually.
